- No paid work starts until scope and price are agreed.
- Third-party licences, domain fees, advertising and premium software are separate unless included.
- If the job is smaller than a package, it can be quoted as a smaller job.
- Fixed price is preferred when the outcome is clear. Time based work is agreed only where it is the fairer way to handle the scope.
- If the requirement grows, additional work is discussed before it is added.
