PluginPip research is built from publicly available material and recorded against explicit inclusion rules. Each benchmark explains what was measured, when the sources were checked and what was excluded, so readers can understand the limits of the data before using headline figures.
Where a provider does not state a feature publicly, we record it as not stated rather than assuming that the feature is absent. PluginPip's own commercial pricing is kept separate from market samples, while source links and downloadable CSV data are provided where they improve verification.
The datasets are intended to help UK businesses compare technology costs and responsibilities, and to give journalists, editors and analysts figures they can verify. We revisit research when the underlying market or evidence changes and retain checked dates so each published snapshot remains clear about when it was measured.
