ABOUT / JASON + PLUGINPIP

More than 30 years
behind a new name.

PluginPip is new. I am not new to technology. I am Jason Sellstrom, and I built PluginPip to put decades of hands-on experience directly behind businesses that want clear advice, careful work and somebody accountable afterwards.

01 / JASON

My name is attached to the work.

I have spent more than three decades around technology. The tools have changed, but the useful work has always started in the same place: understand the problem before reaching for the solution.

That experience covers the practical side of supporting systems, keeping services running, dealing with faults, planning changes and helping people use technology without making the technology itself the centre of every conversation.

PluginPip brings that approach into websites, software, web and mobile apps, AI automation, integrations, hosting, infrastructure and the connected digital work that businesses increasingly depend on.

You should know who is responsible for the work, and be able to speak to them when it matters.

02 / THE EXPERIENCE

Thirty years changes your relationship with technology.

You become less interested in adding things simply because they are new, and more interested in whether they solve the right problem, can be supported later and make the customer's life easier.

03 / WHY NOW

Why start again at 52?

Because experience is only useful if you do something with it.

I created PluginPip because I wanted to build a technology business around the parts I believe matter most: listening properly, explaining things clearly, recommending the right level of work, doing it carefully and staying accountable afterwards.

I do not want PluginPip to become a faceless company. I want customers to know who is responsible for their system, service or project, who is making the technical decisions and who they can speak to when something matters.

04 / HOW I WORK

Five things I want customers to feel.

01Listen first

Understand what is actually happening before deciding what to sell.

02Understand the business

The technical answer only matters if it supports the customer's real goal.

03Recommend the right solution

Do not recommend a rebuild when a repair would solve the problem properly.

04Deliver it professionally

Scope, price, changes and responsibilities should be clear.

05Support it afterwards

The relationship should not disappear the moment a site or system goes live.

05 / PROOF WITHOUT THE THEATRE

Experience first.
Evidence as PluginPip grows.

PluginPip will not manufacture customer counts, awards, testimonials or case studies to look older than it is. The business is new, and the body of PluginPip work will grow honestly from here.

What already exists is more than 30 years of technology experience, direct founder responsibility, a real Todmorden base and a public service catalogue with visible prices.
