What UK WordPress Maintenance Plans Actually Include in 2026

A feature-level comparison of the publicly advertised entry maintenance plans from the same 16-provider UK sample.

01 / HEADLINE FINDINGS

Updates and backups are common.
The operational detail varies.

The comparison records only features we could verify from public plan material. “Not stated” is deliberately different from “not included”.

02 / HOW TO READ THIS

Absence of evidence
is not evidence of absence.

We reviewed the same 16 providers used in the PluginPip UK WordPress Maintenance Pricing Benchmark 2026 and recorded whether eight common maintenance features were explicitly advertised on the entry plan or described as included across all plans. “Not stated” means we could not verify the feature from the public plan material reviewed; it does not prove the provider does not offer it. We separated included edits or fixes from ordinary support, and counted reporting only where a recurring client-facing report was advertised.

This research compares the lowest publicly advertised recurring maintenance plan from the same providers used in the PluginPip pricing benchmark. The feature comparison is intended to show how much scope can sit behind superficially similar monthly prices.

Public website copy changes over time. Each source remains linked so readers can verify the current offer directly with the provider before buying.

03 / FEATURE MATRIX

16 entry plans compared.

Yes = explicitly advertised. No = explicitly excluded or reserved for a higher tier. Not stated = not verified from the public material reviewed.
